Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
Currently, we deliver exclusively within Kuwait. All orders are processed, crafted, and delivered to your door within a maximum of 3 days. We are also working on launching shipping to the rest of the GCC very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our website accepts K-Net, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. All orders must be paid online; we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Will my embroidery look exactly like the digital picture?
Embroidery uses physical color threads, while digital pictures use screen pixels. Highly detailed photos or designs with gradients cannot be replicated 100% identically in thread. However, our advanced machines will match your design as closely as possible, giving your artwork a beautiful, classic, and highly durable physical texture.
What if the picture I upload is blurry or low quality?
Our professional design team reviews every custom order before we make it. If your image is too blurry to print beautifully, we will help enhance and fix the design so it comes out crisp and clear.
Do you have sizes for kids?
Yes! Every product on our site has an Adults and Kids toggle. Simply select Kids and all sizes will switch to age based sizing from 2 to 14 years. This works for both our ready to wear collections and custom designs.
Can I order just one custom shirt?
Absolutely. There are no minimum orders at ALLINUP. We are happy to print or embroider a single, one of a kind piece just for you.
How should I wash my custom clothing?
Wash inside out on a cold water cycle. Avoid bleach. Air dry or low heat tumble dry. Do not iron directly over a printed design.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer standard returns because every piece is made especially for your order. However we stand fully behind our quality. If we make a manufacturing mistake such as a wrong size, a defective garment, or a wrong design printed, we will replace the item free of charge. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. Full details on our Exchange and Refund page.
What printing methods do you use?
We craft every piece in house using DTG printing, DTF printing, and machine embroidery. DTG gives soft detailed prints for complex artwork, DTF delivers vibrant durable colors on any fabric, and embroidery adds a premium stitched texture that lasts for years.
