Whether you choose a pre designed item from our ready to wear collection or create your own custom piece, every single item is made to order just for you. Because of this personalized production process, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items. Please be sure to carefully double-check your sizing choices, colors, and spelling before completing your checkout.
Our Quality Guarantee
Every piece is made especially for your order, which is why we do not offer standard returns. We stand completely by the quality of our work. If ALLINUP makes a manufacturing mistake, such as sending the wrong size, a defective garment, or printing the wrong design, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Just contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
